1. No Warranty of Accuracy: The information contained in user profiles is provided "as is" by the users themselves. LaChupah does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any profile data, including but not limited to personal details, religious background, or other personal information.

2. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that using a dating application involves inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. LaChupah shall not be liable for any false information, misrepresentation, or deceptive behavior by any user.

3. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall LaChupah, its developers, owners, or affiliates be held responsible or liable for any misuse of the application, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any interactions, meetings, or relationships formed through the app.

4. User Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to perform your own due diligence, check references, and consult with Rabbanim or trusted third parties before pursuing any shidduch.

5. Zero Tolerance: We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user found to be engaging in abusive behavior, harassment, exploitation, trolling, or providing intentionally false information.

By using this app, you confirm that you are using it for its intended purpose of finding a spouse in a respectful and honest manner.

4. Data Sharing

Your profile may be visible to other registered users of LaChupah. We use Firebase for backend services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Child Safety and Protection Against Abuse, Exploitation, and CSAE

LaChupah has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any form of child endangerment.

Users may not use LaChupah to create, upload, share, request, promote, or distribute content that exploits or endangers children. Any such behavior is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, terminate users, and report unlawful activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.
